I was watching the Court T.V. the other day and there was a case where the state was trying to prosecute a women becuase she had done drugs and caused the death of her unborn child. The state was charging her with murder.
As I listened the thought occurred to me that Abortion was "the deliberate harm to an unborn fetus". It made me wonder how they could charge her with the murder of a "human being" when our abortion laws clearly indicate that the court does not consider the fetus a human being with rights until it is born. |
